Terms and Conditions
The HTML Guys offers conversion of PSD to HTML, conversion of PSD to WordPress, conversion of PSD to Email and conversion of HTML to WordPress. The following Terms and Conditions govern all services offered by the HTML Guys. HTML Guys and the www.htmlguys.com domain name is a registered trademark and is owned and operated by Adcoligo Corporation.
Nature of Services
The HTML Guys provides high quality conversions of PSD to HTML, PSD to WordPress, PSD to Email and HTML sites to WordPress and other CMS. We focus on coding and development so you don’t have to.
We offer high quality services at very globally competitive prices. We are able to do this by running our development center in the Republic of the Philippines.
Upon placing your order, you will be directed to a payment page. We will need to secure 50% of your payment before we start working on your order. All orders are guaranteed by our 100% Satisfaction or Your Money Back guarantee.
When we receive your order and payment, we will review your requirements, recommend the best options to suit your project and amend the pricing if there are any discrepancies.
Discounts and special pricing are available for bulk orders (more than US$3,000 a month) and on-going Virtual Team requirements. Please contact us for more details.
Upon placing your order we will provide you with an approximate delivery time for the completion of the project. Please note that this is only an estimate and we will only be able to provide you with a firm deadline after we further review your project.
For PSD to HTML projects, our delivery time for the first page is up to 8 working hours and each additional inside page is approximately 3 to 8 working hours, depending on the complexity of the design and options chosen.
For PSD to WordPress projects, our delivery time for the first page is up to 12 working hours and each additional inside page is approximately 4.5 to 12 working hours, depending on the complexity of the design and options chosen.
For PSD to Email projects, our delivery time is 6 to 12 hours for each page, depending on the number of email clients chosen to be compatible with.
The delivery timeline takes effect at the time that (1) payment has been made for the order and (2) the order details have been accepted, agreed upon by the parties, and cleared. Your project manager will notify you of the final delivery date after all details have been cleared.
If your source file is in AI, EPS, PNG or other formats, we will need to convert it into PSD and will need to have your confirmation before proceeding with the markup. Please note that this may take additional time for delivery purposes.
Please also make sure that all external images and fonts used in your PSD are included when you submit your order to us. Designs utilizing JPEG, GIF, AI, PNG, PSD (non layered), etc. files generally will also require a longer delivery time.
We reserve the right to refuse to work on any project. We will not accept any project which is offensive, illegal or which contains illicit or infringing material. Adcoligo Corporation is not liable for any third party claims of copyright infringement for the fonts and images used in the design which are provided by the customer.
You agree to indemnify Adcoligo Corporation, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies from any claims of copyright or other intellectual property infringement upon providing us with your digital assets and content for us to work with.
50% of the estimated project cost will be charged upon placement of order and before project starts. The remaining balance which may be more or less than 50% of the estimated project cost depending on further review, will be collected upon final approval of the project on our servers. Delivery of project files via email, upload or installation on customer’s server will only be made once customer has approved the completion of the project and all balance has been paid.
