Getting Started & Pricing

  1. How do I get a quote?
    The best way is to go through our Order Page and select the options that your PSD to HTML, PSD to WordPress, HTML to WordPress or Email Template project needs.
  2. Can I get a discount?
    Yes! We can give up to 30% discount depending on the volume of your order. Clients who have more than $1,000 worth of orders in every 30-day period are eligible for a 10% discount. 15% for orders more than $5,000 and 30% for orders more than $15,000.
  3. How much do I pay to get my project started?
    We only need 50% of the estimated total to start on your project.
  4. What kind of payments do you accept?
    We accept Paypal payments or any credit card via Paypal.
  5. What is your turnaround time?
    The estimated turnaround time indicated in the Order Page is a good gauge. It may vary after our Project Manager confirms your order. Indicated turnaround time is counted from the time your project is started, not when from the time it was submitted.
  6. What is your work schedule?
    Our development team works from 9am to 6pm Perth / Hong Kong / Manila time.
  7. Why is the final price different than what it was in the Order Page?
    The price reflected in the Order Page is only an estimate. After we receive your order, our Project Manager will review the order and confirm your requirements before starting work on your order.
  8. How can you have low prices?
    Having our development center located in Manila, Philippines gives us cost advantages while maintaining the highest quality required for these types of projects.
  9. Can you sign our NDA or confidentiality agreement?
    Absolutely. Even without an NDA, our standard procedure is we don’t disclose any of your projects anywhere as well as the fact that we are working with you, unless with your permission. We also have a pre-written NDA here.

 

Working on Your Design

  1. What type of source files do you accept?
    Best to have a well organized, layered Adobe Photoshop (PSD) file with the pages separated in folders. We can also accept AI, PNG or JPG files.
  2. Aside from the PSD or other source files, what else do you need from me?
    Your design file must include links, buttons hover styles, drop down menu styles, custom fonts used and other important design notes.
  3. Can you also do design work?
    Not at the moment.
  4. Which browsers do you test your work on?
    We test our work on all major browsers such as IE7+, Firefox 3+, Chrome 14+, Safari 4+, Opera 10+.
  5. Which operating system platforms do you test your work on?
    We test on both Windows and Mac OSX platforms for the desktop.
  6. Can you do responsive HTML and WordPress themes?
    Yes, please provide separate designs for tablet and mobile versions if you’re choosing this option.
  7. Can you make my HTML or WordPress theme compatible with all mobile devices?
    We can make your HTML or WordPress theme compatible with iPhone, iPad, Blackberry and devices that use the Android operating system.

 

Finishing, Delivery & Implementation

  1. What if I have revisions to the completed HTML or WordPress theme?
    To make your life as easy as possible, we accept revisions on your project for a small hourly fee of $14 per hour. We can only accept revisions that are within the scope of our services.
  2. Can you install the finished WordPress theme on my server?
    Yes, for an additional fee we can install WordPress and your finished theme on your server.
  3. Will you support the theme after it’s delivered?
    We guarantee your satisfaction and will provide free support for 30 days for any defect or mistake within the requirements of your project.
  4. Can you convert an HTML template that I have into a WordPress theme?Yes, our Project Manager will confirm if your HTML template can readily be converted into a WordPress theme or needs to be re-coded.

 

Other Stuff

  1. Can you convert my PSD into Woothemes,Thesis, Genesis,Headway or any other WordPress Framework?Yes.These conversions take longer to do though. Send us an email at [email protected] for an estimate.
  2. Can you re-code my existing HTML markup?
    Yes, the pricing will be the same as converting from PSD to HTML.
  3. Can you convert an HTML template that I have into a WordPress theme?
    Yes, our Project Manager will confirm if your HTML template can readily be converted into a WordPress theme or needs to be re-coded.
  4. Can you convert my existing HTML site to a WordPress theme?
    Yes, our Project Manager will evaluate your existing website or static html website and evaluate how much it will cost to convert to WordPress.
  5. My website has a lot of bugs and is incompatible with several different browsers, can you fix it?
    No. More often than not, it is less costly to create the HTML markup from scratch than to try and fix a bug within your existing HTML markup.

Email Templates

  1. Why are you still using table-based coding styles?
    To ensure maximum compatibility with most email clients, old style table based coding must be used.
  2. What are the main restrictions when designing email templates?
    The use of CSS is limited in email clients. Best practices concerning email template design must be followed.
  3. What is the recommended width of an email template?
    The optimal width is from 550px to 700px. The smaller the size, the more email clients your template can accommodate.
  4. Which fonts are better to use?
    Fonts that are not web safe will have to be converted to images. Use web-safe fonts as much as possible.
  5. My website has a lot of bugs and is incompatible with several different browsers, can you fix it?
    No. More often than not, it is less costly to create the HTML markup from scratch than to try and fix a bug within your existing HTML markup.
